"while I guess that jp licks offers vegan options, I have tried most of them, and do not find their vegan ices to be very good at all. they are generally watery and too sweet. I could see her ice cream order from time to time when there is the only vegan option in the opposite, but there are many really great vegan ices in boston, so I would not recommend jp licks. and I would make sure that it could turn off the people on vegan ice if this was their first exposition. updated by previous review on 2018-07-19"

"This popular ice cream shop offers a variety of vegan flavors and sorbets in different serving options such as cups, cones, soft serve, smoothies, and sundaes. I tried a small cup with a mix of two vegan flavors and found the portions to be generous and reasonably priced, despite a $1 surcharge for the vegan options. The vegan ice cream was surprisingly rich in flavor. While mostly for takeout, there are a few stools available for seating. If you prefer a sit-down experience, consider checking out Anita Gelato or 16 Handles on nearby avenues, although they may be more expensive."

"eating was very good, although the server was either uninterested or not in the position to explain to us several menu points, and they did not have several elements on the menu. There were two more tables with guests when we sat down. despite this, the service was inattentive - probably because the three people who worked the floor were all the time on their handys (not sure that the bartender looked after.) drinks (we ordered their special stamp and another fruity concoction) were sick sweet and we chose not to drink them (literal a first.) we had the chicken curry and garnel with ****. both were good, and parts were huge. the mac and the cheese were also good, but very smokey and clearly not vegetarian. not sure what they wanted, but the facility was danceclub meets ozean meets banquet hall. overall good eating at an otherwise strange place."

"A nice little shop with a couple of tables out front for folks to enjoy their treat. The server who served up our ice cream was very nice. We paid what I considered to be too much for the ice cream. But to be fair, this Haagen-Dazs was substantially less expensive than the Ben Jerry's we encountered at Seaport Village a little bit earlier. We passed on Ben Jerry's, but broke down a forked over too much money at this Haagen-Dazs. Ben Jerry's wanted $11 for a large cone. This Hagen-Dazs only over charged us $8 for a large cone. Again, to be fair, that's the only bad thing I have to say about this Haagen-Dazs. It was a nice little store, for a nice treat. As long as you can swallow the price you will pay."

"Azucar is a big ice shop!! I was looking for a new ice shop, and that's in a great area. The aromas are changed daily and every time ive is gone, there is a new one that blows my mind. Waffle cone was warm and fresh, not stale as most places. I have the chocolate cherry and raspberry sores. Both were fantastic. You had girls Scout Cookie flavors this time. Yum! Very creative."

"The worst experience I had at this shop. The lady at the front counter treat customers really bad. To begin with she was on her phone all the time while serving and wanted us decide our orders in a jiffy and got annoyed when we added to the order. "update12/2/21 I went back today and the manager was the nicest guy!! We talked about the cost of everything going up and I honestly want to say our chat made me want to pay the higher prices. The shake is delicious, as always, way better then any other place, but the customer service is unmatched. So happy I went back!! If you know any hard workers send them there, because they are hiring and need more great ppl working there like the manager!! Just an FYI, the prices have definitely gone up. I usually pay about $6.88 for a small dulce de leche shake from here. Today it cost $8.96 so this is the last time I'll buy a milkshake from them. Shake shake it is for me."

"Whenever I’m in the area, I stop by to get some ice cream, sundae, or milkshake. The shop is always clean and the smells of the waffle cones draw you in. Tons of great flavors to choose from and the cones are always fresh. There are also ice cream cakes for purchase. My only dislike about the ice cream cake is its all ice cream no actual cake. The associates are really friendly. They accept cash and debit or credit cards at this location. I believe you can even place an order for pickup through the apps. Make sure you download the Haagen Dazs app so as you purchase you can earn points which you’re able to redeem for a sweet treat. If there is a line it moves rather quickly, you won’t be waiting long to place your order."
