"Having a strong Russian heritage I found the food outstanding. The cucumber tomato onion salad brought memories back to my Russian grandmother as did the pelmeni. The restaurant is small, but perfect size. The staff are Russian, very nice and attentive. If you want something different, definitely give Kalinka a try.Waitstaff genuinely warm, welcoming and friendly. Place was busy with pretty much nothing but Russian being spoken good sign at a Russian restaurant! . Everything was spot on. Soups borscht, solyanka each $7.35 were flavorful. Pork schnitzel $17.75 and gulyash $17.65 each heavenly. Blintzes with preserves for dessert $5.50 pushed us right over the edge ... in a great way! Portions are exceedingly generous. Everything on the menu looks terrific. We will be back! Chef Tigran seems to have his babushka working hard in the kitchen!highly recommende"
