"If I could rate this place with less than half a star, I certainly would. I've never encountered such a poorly-run bagel shop before. Only accepting cash in 2021, heading into 2022, is ridiculous—why can't we use debit cards or Apple Pay? The customer service is awful; there's hardly ever anyone at the counter when you walk in. The same person who takes your order is the one making your food. This place has so much potential to become a popular bagel shop, but they clearly don’t value good service."
