"I love their minestrone soup. Truly. But each of the last three times i have come to this location, it has been a frustrating and incomplete experience. Each time I have either left empty handed or had to wait hours to get what I had ordered. Just stay away from this location. They are nice but after three tries on simple orders, come on! Today I ordered through DoorDash. I specified a time, placed the order and got two confirmations from DoorDash. I also got charged. When I arrived there was only one person on duty. The others, including the manager, were either delivering or offsite. The young man said they had no order for me. I showed him the confirmation and he said they have a lot of problems with DoorDash and GrubHub. To the point that no orders make it from those platforms to their store. YET THEY STILL USE THEM. The store is listed on both sites. So I was told I needed to fix the issue and call DoorDash. Ok I get that but knowing your link to these websites doesn 't work AND YOU CONTINUE TO USE THEM is maddening. So their failure to work out the issues with these websites is my problem. Talk about passing the buck. They should remove their location from those sites. am no longer going to try and support this neighborhood shop. Ill get the soup froma location three miles away instead."

"The first time in this place. The food was great! I usually expect that. I like the big parts. I always have a whole meal for later. This location was really clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the service was fair. Very slow and not attentive. There was even a woman who looks like a manager and could physically see her employees in the weeds with telephone orders, running food and cleaning tables. Has not even lifted a finger to get a refill / napkins / togo boxes. All these things were missed by the visit. Will definitely be back and go again!"

"Kale krust pizza that?s delicious is all I have to say about the new pizza you can order. I recommend any of their pizzas. The cauliflower comes out how and crispy. You can end you meal with dessert. They make a great chocolate cake and cheesecake. If you?re going with a group of friends they have plenty of appetizers you can try too. Oh, and don?t forget about the pasta it?s very filling. They have a butternut squash dish that will make you order one to go. It?s rightspacious on the inside with a patio in front for patrons who want to sit outside or enjoy eating with their pets."

"Horrible I ordered lunch and plastic ware was not in my to go order I go back into store and ask the cashier for plastic ware he says I can’t have it and dismissed me. I said I just placed an order do you have plastic ware he says no I said give me some to go silverware he goes to the back and another employee throws the forks on the ground to the cashier and he then attempts to bring silverware to me I declined. Horrible don’t go extremely disrespectful and unsanitary."

"They lured us into their restaurant with a mail coupon. We ordered the 16 by 16 Is Brooklyn square pizza. It was phenomenal. We thought we would give the restaurant a chance with the rest of their menu. The calamari was not good, the tortellini was more than aldente and the soup was just chicken broth basically, the salad was pretty gross, the shrimp scampi was not good nor the chicken parmesan. I do not like red sauce or marinara sauce and this place has not changed my mind about it. The desserts are hard and cold. The pictures of the food are prettier than the taste of the food. We will go back for the pizza. The restaurant is nice and clean though."
