"We ordered our food for delivery just after 5pm and were quoted a 45 minute wait. After an hour my husband called to inquire and was told that they were waiting on the delivery driver to return from the last delivery. They told us approximately 15-20 minutes. Another hour passed and we called again. Still no delivery driver and we were quoted another 1 hour wait, to which we were not amenable. She suggested we come pick up our food… our prepared food had just been sitting out at this point for 2.5 hours. We were not offered any compensation and they balked at refunding us. (It’s now been almost 4 hours and the food never arrived- we ate crackers for dinner after a hard day of moving. Totally disgusted with their lack of professionalism and customer service. F"
