"Best strip-mall chinese in madison. I have been a fan of Flaming Wok since its early days and recently started eating there more frequently due to proximity. The food is much better than more expensive chinese restaurants. <br/ <br/ The egg drop soup is one of the best in Madison. Our other favorites include the vegetable fried rice, fried tofu and mixed vegetables, and the little fried noodles for the soup are the best I've had. I think there is a touch of ginger in some of the brown sauces, which goes a long way to making a sweet subtle sauce."
