"After arriving back in Houston, I was looking for dinner after my flight in the area. There aren't a wealth of options close by so I decided on Tang's Express. I love Chinese food. But this experience left a lot to be desired. First off, the restaurant is pretty worn down. To the point where I'd recommend getting take out rather than dining in. After perusing the menu, I went with their pick two special. I went with the orange chicken, general Tso's chicken, and fried rice. One thing I liked is that it's a generous portion. Definitely enough for two or three meals. Unfortunately, this was some substandard Chinese food. The chicken was overcooked. The sauce lacked flavor. For both the orange chicken and the general Tso's. I know this is pretty harsh but I'd avoid Tang's Express. I've had better Chinese pretty much everywhere, even at the mall."
