"Fu Lay doesn't look like much, but don't let the look fool because they probably have the best Chinese food in all Stroudsburg. They are the only Chinese place in the area that actually makes their food extra spicy when you ask. There was no single meal that disappointed me from this place. You have a small seating area, but I've always just got a recess. The parts are quite similar to all other places, but their quality is in many respects unmatched. I usually get her hot and acid soup, chicken with mixed vegetables in a curry sauce, general Tso chicken combination, and lo mine. Each of these dishes is absolutely delicious and to order. I would recommend this place to everyone!"
