"Ordered my food from here and when I got it delivered and was about to eat my wife and I find a used staple on the bottom of our egg roll. My wife was about to take a bite when we spotted the staple luckily stopping her from potentially getting hurt fromit. I called the store to let them know about the incident and the owner said best he can do is 15% discount on the next order.Like really? For an unsanitary mistake they made they couldn't offer to remake my order not even a refund just fresh clean food.When I spoke to owner he was very unprofessional about the situation and didn't really seem to care . Food was good but afterlack of customer service and health protocols I will never order from here again"

"Food was better than the Chinese resturant in Wallburg ten minutes away but the CUSTOMER SERVICE was horrible here. I will drive the extra few minutes to not feel like I was a burden by giving them my business. I've worked in resturants and I try to give people benefit of the doubt but I mean blatantly rude."

"While at dine in, I was served my drink in a styrofoam cup that had red lip stick on the rim!? Complained to the cashier and a young boy came from out from the kitchen explaining the reason they rinse out the styrofoam to go cups is due to small pieces of styrofoam in the cups!! I explained my concern was the lipstick on the rim. He acted like it was not a big deal.. I will never be back! With this pandemic going on. Why thee hell Would they rinse out a to go cup that comes in a sealed package!!?? If they are cutting corners refilling the drink left over after dine in meals? I wonder what else they?re saving money on? Disgusting!!"
