"Let me start by saying the food tasted good. We went here with friends for dinner and it took quite a while but finally got to place our order. Over 30 minutes later the waitress comes back and says the order never made it to the kitchen so she needed to take our orders again. OK, no problem, we order again. 45 minutes later the first dinner arrives. The rest arrived in 5 minute intervals like we were eating in shifts. Some of the dishes weren't even warm when we got them. It's a shame because it tasted good but we won't go through that again. No apology, no discount, etc."
