"Sushi Sho is definitely my favorite sushi experience. It's a slow paced, delicious meal with Aki-San. He's an absolute legend and will tell you about each piece of food you're about to eat, and what to do to have the perfect experience. The cold smoked salmon is a rarity and absolutely amazing. Also, probably the only place to do Anago (marine eel) justice. Everything is delicious. Come in with the mindset to enjoy the experience and savor every bite. Note: Sushi Sho is by reservation only and, despite the large interior, he only has two seatings per day of 6 people each. This is a personalized dining experience."
