"What a great find!! Me and my wife stumbled upon this place for dinner last week. It is located in the old cafe Brazil Addison location in the building behind the addition improv. We are always looking for fresh new foods and places and this certainly for that bill. Menu is inspiring with an American base but with added international fusion. We also met the owner and chef who both have worked and operated restaurants in USA and Europe, creating his new fresh concept in Dallas. The interior is really cool and pleasant. As the name suggests, they have a solid offering of meat with option to select beef, pork or chicken with most dishes. My wife and I split the burger and the pasta salad and they were both fantastic! Perfect portions and felt fresh and light even though a lot of food. Service was good even tough just opened and staff very pleasant all the way around. Feels like this is place where “everyone knows your name” and you are just not only a number. We will definitely make this a weekly staple!!!!"
