"This place should close. Worst meal I've had in decades. Had onion bahji battered oily mess fried in oil that was too cold. Gobi Manchuria what is this dish, battered cauliflower poorly fried covered in fake sweet and sour that is way too salty, disgusting. Kerman Nan garbage served in oil soaked undercooked dough with holes in it, no one should serve this. Fish kuorma and chicken jalfrezi cooked in the same bad sauce with little variation. Even the server couldn't tell the difference and called one vegtables? Pickles literally the ones you buy in bulk at food max. Can of sprite, unopened and dropped on table for three dollars. You couldn't pour it? Creepy guy in hat stalking tables seems like a clueless owner? Two young servers both kind and trying. Protein quality was decent, but ruined by preparation. I wasted my time and money. You shouldn't. Literally go anywhere else."

"Solid Indian food! Surprisingly, the veg dishes here were the best far surpassed the quality and taste of the non-veg ones. We ordered the vegetarian dinner for two non-vegetarian dinner for two — both incredible deals. The tandoori mix plate was just ok — it was drier than I wanted, wouldn’t get again. The eggplant bharta, malai kofta, paneer tikka masala, and the samosas were the real winners here. For dessert, having sampled 80% of it lol, the kheer (rice pudding) and mango kulfi was the best."

"I arrive at the India Clay Pit as a delivery driver. I was applaud at the treatment I received from the women at the counter when I asked where the restroom was. She said she was sorry and pointed to a sign that said no public restroom unless you’re a customer. I politely told her I was picking up for a customer then she said no delivery men either. Clearly I am a women and the lack of compassion she had for me was horrible. As a delivery driver I patron MANY establishments I pick up from this could have been one of them. I will be declining any pick ups at this location and I will never dine in.I hope that my race was not sb added issue as well."

"what a beautiful place. I really enjoyed it. it has wonderful ambiente and a whole page of the menu that is veg. a complete half-page for vegetarian and half a side for vegan, they had many vegan options that I have never seen in other Indian restaurants. many of the appetizers can also be vegan and then the roti for brot. I'm back!"

"a few days ago (June 23rd 2021) I ordered hariyalı paneer tikka and this was supposed to be marinated in spinach based creamy sauce and what I was given was a paneer that was made in green food coloring it was awful tasting and not even cooked in the clay oven. I also ordered a kadai bhindi and this was not cooked properly with the bhindi being raw and again unpalatable. The lachha paratha was not a lachha paratha but just another fat uncooked roti which was doused in ghee. Finally the vegetable noodles has not a single vegetable except a few strands of onion.All in all a terrible meal for the $60 spent. Will never get food from this restaurant again."

"I went to Sweets and Curry House for the first time, oh my God everything was amazing. We had chicken 65, lamb over rice, butter chicken, chicken Tiki Marsala, butter garlic nan etc. I could not find one thing wrong with this place, eating amazing, prices great and staff was very welcoming. Kabuli Nan Bread is an abandoned, slightly puffy bread filled w/ a sweet, young coconut, powdered almonds, small raisins. Interestingly, you can pair wiresavory curry or as dessert. Masala Curry is thick, orangy brown, more tomato sweet garlic on the tongue with yogurt, possibly coconut milk, touch of butter. Lamb Pasanda is a greenish yellow, ground almond-curry sauce with pieces of long boiled lamb that is plush, fibrous, meat. Can be the best Indian in North Hollywood."
