"I could go over the ingredients and Jim used the owner and Pitmaster, but what it comes is Jim doing really good BBQ. Apart from three pages, everything is gluten-free. They are very careful with separate packaging of food and glove replacement when there is a chance of cross-contamination. The bacon is from this world, the beans and greens will let me come back, but the juicy BBQ and the housewurst have strapped me. Oh, and they have a sink in the dining room. Jim expects your hands to need more than one wipe after you enjoyed some BBQ."
