"came for New Year's Prefix party. table places and environment were great, especially with the live band. but we sat almost an hour before the first meal at our table, not even brot. the table was not set right and we had to arrive after cutlery and serviette bed linen after eating. the main course arrived before the appetizers and then everything was there at once, which made food too cold. zero flexibility when adapting the menu options. the personal was very friendly, but the overall service experience level was terrible. with a final bill for two people over $320 (only ordering 2 glasses cheap wein) it was certainly not worth the cost for the service levels. still was eating delicious and the ambiente was nice. only too unorganized."
