"Not our first time here and we always enjoy it. However, this experience was a little disappointing. We made reservations a week and a half in advance for NYE due to the high level of advertising for the evening. My fiancé was excited for the tomahawk steak which we called in advance same day to confirm they had. Drinks took quite a while to come, they were out of a lot of food, including the steak, the food they did have came out cold and then at 9:30 we felt rushed out when we were told it was last call and the lights were cut on. Strange for a place advertising so extremely for New Year’s Eve. Still love Uncle Jack’s but bummed after this go round."
