"Our service and our server Danielle was amazing! She was very fun and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to assist us along the way in making our menu choices iambs was probably one of the very best waitresses that we have ever had to be quite honest. The restaurant was peaceful the atmosphere was beautiful, and I would definitely make future plans to return again."

"On Saturday night, the restaurant was very quiet. We were seated at 7:30 and no one else came in after us. I ordered the Sunday Ragu, and while the sauce was delicious, the sausage was just okay. The meatball was dry and overcooked, and instead of beef braciole, I received a stuffed chicken roll that I did not like. One of my friends ordered shrimp parm and enjoyed it, while another friend had the sausage scarpiello and thought it was only okay. Someone else ordered the veal and found it to be tough and dry, leaving most of the meal uneaten. However, dessert was very good. This was surprising because we had a great lunch there about a month ago. Perhaps it was just an off night."

"had the spicy calamari, which was tasty but sweeter than spicy. would get the certificate back, but would not expect much warmth. our lunch lures: crab ravioli with garnel and a chicken salt imbucco. both were as expected and very tasty. we were too crowded to get each dessert."

"the service was terrible....so slow! 10 minutes for someone to talk to me after that, and I had to fly someone to get a drink at that time. I saw another sitting in the restaurant and after no one came to his table for so long, he left and there were at most 5 more tables in the restaurant, so there was no excuse. at 8:30 a.m. the place was empty except my table, and they started to clean us and give us the strong feeling that we should go, so we have. eating itself is good, they just have to set a better waiter."

"went for early dinner and sat outside at the marina. let the server know that we want to order everything at once, because our son is still sitting as a “expectation date” with regard to the sitting through a meal. the server had us all in less than 10 minutes! I was surprised how fast it came to eat and everything was perfect. I ordered the Cuban (here pictured) with coconut peel. my wife had calamari and garnel. our son had a cheese chasequesadilla. I do not understand the other negative reviews about food quality and service were both exceptional. then I saw a woman sitting next to us and complained about a small mistake with her order and treated the waiting staff as bleeding, so I would ignore with this connection only the negative reviews that were published here. my wife and I have quite high standards and this place was great, can't wait to go again maybe next time with our boat!"

"Bad service, it was booked in advance for a birthday, it was not received like other restaurants, it was never mentioned that it was a special occasion (birthday), not even in the dessert, and the piece of meat like it was in Water thawed, tasteless, uncooked and hard, I don't think we will be back, this is the third time we go and it was very bad, I don't recommend it"

"Very nice posh restaurant and sports ber. Has pool table and space for karaoke in the back room as well as a second bar. Rear enterance leads in from city parking lot mere steps away. Say hi to Bella, one of their best chefs and the grandaughter of my best friend."

"I thought it was very nice of the management to have a Veterans dinner. The four choices were nice too. Our server was really busy with to many tables. He certainly was professional. My meatloaf was on the spicy side but I ate it. My wife ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it had very little chicken and the romaine lettuce was not cut which made it very hard to eat. Your Pinot grico wine selection was excellent."

"I usually have good experiences at the Rail and the food is usually delicious. However, this time the food was barely edible. We ordered a Filet Mignon which was severely over cooked and the vegetables that came with it were under cooked. We also ordered the Flank Steak tacos which were severely under cooked. The meat was so red and just **** all throughout. The best part of the taco meal was the coconut rice. The saving grace of the entire meal were the wings we ordered as an appetizer, which we're glad we ordered since we didn't eat our dinners. The service was subpar. Our waitress was never around and she only took our orders; our meals were brought to the table and cleared by other waitstaff. Then when we were ready to leave, we waited a while for our waitress to come over to ask about the check. It wasn't busy so we're not sure where she was throughout the evening. Just not a good experience"

"Felini's is a nice Italian restaurant tucked in the corner of the shopping center at Golf and Busse Road in Mount Prospect. Felini's Pasta Dishes are worth the trip. The waiter couldn't have been any friendlier or funny. The prices are moderate to where I am looking forward to Going back again."

"The concept is fairly cool. An aquarium that also serves as a bar.However, the owner/bartender treats it as his own personal drinking binge.After witnessing him yelling at patrons for putting their glasses down on the bar (which is also the aquarium) and kicking one lone guy a totally benign and lonesome guy) out…... Seriously? That’s ridiculous. It’s the bar where people put their glasses down.The bartender/owner/heckler also tends to insult people who are by themselves. He’s pretty vicious and tries to play it off as “all in good fun”. No, it’s mean-spirited and he seems to have problems. He has a group of friends that show up and he enlists them to also join in. It’s pretty sad.He also tends to over indulge himself and patrons in libations and then insult them and make them feel awkward for even being there.I’ve been to this establishment on several occasions and it’s just painful.Please avoid this place or at least be on guard.Downtown Ottawa has many other establishments that are not exactly as hipster but way less offensive."
