"very disappointed in the service! visited the Sunday brunch today with high hopes. once sitting it took a long time before the server recognized us and took our drink order. we ordered 2 coffees and a ginger-ale and went to get our food....We sat on a table right under the sun. it was so hot and unpleasant with the sun that was shot in our eyes; we couldn't even turn around. I sweated so much and really didn't enjoy myself. I asked the server if we could sit somewhere else; she answered no and mentioned that customers were at a nearby table also in the sun and went through the same. How does this help my situation? Given the ugly price of almost $60 per person, I think that accommodations could have been made. we came back with our food and our drinks weren't there yet. a lot of time passed. Finally, I moved to the server regarding our drinks and she said, let me double check that she returned and said they were brought to the wrong table. if she had checked us at least once during our meal, she would have known. She didn't even check if we wanted to fill in until I asked for one. overall we felt that we were ignored. I have received much better service in restaurants a third of the price. won 't recommend ricarda 's."
