"The absolute best sushi and sashimi. Food is always fresh and prepared creatively. They have a great menu and great specials too. The customer service is even more amazing then the food which is near impossible. You are treated as if you are family not a restaurant patron. The sushi chefs go out of their way to make your dining experience the absolute best it can be every time. The waitresses are perfect, sweet and knowledgeable. They are also very kid friendly even when your kid doesn't like sushi which makes it so much easier and better. They could not do anything better in any way they do food service and everything to perfection!"

"This place is awesome reasonably priced and high quality sushi. This is my favorite sushi place in the area. My wife and I go here regularly for date night because they have an awesome atmosphere but even on those nights when we just want sushi and don't want to go anywhere we order from there. They also have an amazing selection of Saki and alcoholic drinks. Hands down the best sushi place in the area."

"We had a wonderful experience at Canaan Sushi last night. Being located just a minute's walk away from DoubleTree by Hilton hotel was incredibly convenient for our two families. The restaurant might be compact, but it's clean, and the staff were exceptionally nice and friendly.The food was a true delight everything we ordered was delicious, and the fresh vegetables and delightful sauces added that extra touch. The kids were particularly thrilled with their sushi and noodles selections. The happy hour offers for beers and fried chicken balls were a great addition, making our dinner not only enjoyable but also affordable, especially after a day of walking and sightseeing around Manhattan in New York.If we ever stay at the same hotel again, we'll definitely return to Canaan Sushi for another amazing dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful and nearby restaurant option!"
