"This sushi restaurant was different form many restaurants. It was mainly because of the atmosphere and vibe here. It was really quiet. The music was really low and all of the guests were talking so calmly. The restaurant was also self service in certain ways like for water or tea refills. The food here was amazing, and it was really filling! I started off with the shrimp tempura off of the appetizer (deep fried) section. It came with tempura sauce, but I did not use the tempura sauce. The shrimp was unlike I have had before. It was crispy, it was perfectly cooked. The breading was light and crunchy. It is something I would definitely recommend. I am a fan of their special roll section on the menu. I ordered the mango Chicago, the futomaki, and the yum yum; this is also the order that I liked most. The potato crunch on the mango Chicago was a nice compliment to the mango, cucumber, and crab. The crab, egg, and pickled radish mixture in the futomaki was something that I have not had before. The salmon and tuna mixture in the yum yum was filling. The hospitality here was exceptional. On the menu cover, it states tip is not required; please do not leave cash tips on the table; but if you put it in the tip jar, very appreciated. This was shocking to me because I had a lower expectation of the type of service I would receive; however, it was the absolute opposite. I believe they went above and beyond. The gentleman at the register thanked me at least three times after leaving a tip and was truly grateful when I told him the food and service was amazing. I had a great experience here and will come here again!"
