"As a business owner, I always pay attention to reviews in the hopes of finding ways to improve, and I truly love this place! The food here is fantastic, and the coffee is so smooth and delicious that I prefer to drink it black. However, since the previous manager left a few months ago, I've noticed some changes in customer service. For instance, one of the staff members, a tall brunette, seems unhappy and rarely smiles. Additionally, while I typically leave a tip as if it were a sit-down restaurant, the table service is lacking after the initial food delivery. I often have to go to the counter for a coffee refill, as nobody comes back to check on me. Despite these issues, I still think this place is wonderful!"
