"Appetizing displays, friendly helpful staff. Better than average turkey sandwich. Select what you want from the clearly posted, varied menu and/or glass enclosed display cases, give your selection to the cashier, pay, receive your order number and wait for it to be called out but not very long. When I asked the gloved young man behind the display cases if the turkey sandwich was served hot, he said 'no, it 's a cold sandwich but l can ask the kitchen (staff) to warm it up for you '. Whoa!! What 's that you say? Unfortunately, I live more than an hour away and was only in Brooklyn for the day, so I can 't get back to DUMBO Kitchen again very easily. But that kind of customer service combined with a good tasting, reasonably priced (hot) turkey sandwich makes it (almost) worth the trip in from Jersey. Thanks DK!"
