"it was the glow halloween special and anyone who had reservations was told at the arrival that they did not honour reservations for special events. so we waited over an hour with our two little grandchildren together with many other customers for a table when 4 during 1 sat empty before us all the time. then to make it even worse than the dinning room emptied, they were not sitting again. it was 18 o'clock when we arrived there and they began to sit the outside deck instead. I'm not going back. they gave us travel tickets, then canceled that event as well as the compensated tickets were not even good. very bad administration."
