"This was my worst meal in Norfolk in the past year. The service was slow, inattentive and unapologetic for the poor food outcomes. I had good experiences here before but this night the steak was over cooked, the replacement steak was very tough, hard to cut and the pomme frites were too salty to eat; the ahi tuna steak was cold from the first bite. Although the rustic beet salad, chocolate cake and cappuccino were good, it didn’t make up for the rest (main part) of the meal that was unacceptable. No one from management ever made an appearance or offered an apology. Greatly disappointing."
