"Midgely's is a good option for lunch or dinner in Stockton California. The prices are moderate and the food is always good. It has outdoor seating which is excellent. What caused the stars might have even been more of a star was when I sent in to use the rest room. Midgely's has a bar and there were men and women at the bar. One could was engaged in a pretty heated conversation and were using language that was not only offensive but loud enough for everyone seated inside to hear. The bar tended and receptionist did not engage these people nor even paid attention to their poor behavior. It was an unfortunate part of our experience at Midgely's and has caused me to think twice about bringing some one there in the future"

"We stopped at Miller's while on a road trip and had the best experience imaginable. When we walked in, the corridor and lobby were clean as was the rest of the restaurant. The hostess seated us immediately. Our server wasted no time taking our order. For an appetizer we ordered the fried Portobello mushrooms served with house ranch. The breading was unlike any mushroom breading I've witnessed that appeared as whole grains and cornmeal. Outstanding! My wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger with steak fries and I opted for the fried catfish special with a house salad, onion rings and slaw. Both portions were spot on as was the presentation. Everything appeared to be house made, a rarity we seldom enjoy today. It amazes me we drove past here for the last decade without stopping. This will be our go-to from now on when coming back from visiting our family out of state."

"Have been coming here for they last 7 years now when I need to grab something quick for breakfast, even though it's a little out of my way, well worth it. Bagels are always fresh as are all their ingredients. Staff is very friendly and it's one of my favorite spots."

"Some of the best bagels I've ever had. Fresh, they're to die for, and at five days old they're still at good as fresh Brueggers bagels. And their tofu cream cheese is just stunning. "We went at 5ish...beautiful deck and setting. Small glass of house wine and draft was $18. Ordered Charred Brussel Sprouts that were barely cooked...had to send back twice, then gave up. Sweet potato burger was tasteless. Hoping cook can get figured out, and maybe a Happy Hour. Beautiful setting...but that's it."

"this little place was great. the food was freshly cooked and perfectly seasoned. the atmosphere was pleasant. the staff worked as a team and very friendly. I would recommend to eat here and be hungry that they do not stumble with their food. I'm ready to go back."

"Farm to table restaurant. The breads are house made, and the black and white creme brulee was exceptional. The service was knowledgeable and accommodating; food was wholesome and well prepared. Lovely dishes and service by people who care. Wish Prescotts was in my home town"
