"Ordered late at night via ordercolony.com. Their site said they were still accepting orders, turns out they forgot to log off for the night. End result is I paid for food and didn't get any. Now I have the fun task of trying to contact them to get a refund, except they don't answer their phone. Update: called and spoke to a women who said she would refund me. Fast forward 2 weeks, still no refund and not answering the Update: called again and they made me food as a replacement for my previous order, which is good. Food review: small portions, way over salted chicken teriyaki, and expensive, not a good combination."
