"The Manager is rude. We've been eating a Della Santina's for years. Its convenient, the food is good and the outdoor dining garden is relaxed. We will not go back after last night. We made reservations the day before for for outdoor dining, showed up on time to hear the Manager rudely tell us, indoors or not at all. He did not apologize for their error, in fact said it was our fault, no way could we could have had a reservation for outdoors, and made zero attempt to accommodate us.
