"we went to Buffalo wild wings prior to a Broadway show giving ourselves an hour and a half. It took our waiter over 15 minutes to get to the table, he was courteous and professional. We ordered drinks and or food immediately, acknowledging that we had an allergy, and anaphylactic allergy, at the table. He stopped us at that point requiring a manager to come speak with us, as it is policy. The manager never showed up (15 more minutes) sending the waiter back to us informing us that carrots were not in any of the food. Our food took almost an hour, and when we got it… Wouldn’t you know they were carrots, luckily our child did not eat until she looked throughout the salad. Would she have eaten it, she would have become anaphylactic. We had less than five minutes to eat our food to get to our show on time. The waiter returned with her item off the menu, but not anything else, knowing full well we could not eat our meal and had to leave. After contacting Buffalo wild wings locally the next day twice, and getting no response, I contacted the corporate office, and I have still not got a response to my concerns in regards to the safety of the food items they are putting out when informed of allergies"
