"I have been twice and felt disappointed each time, the place is very nice looking, no doubt . But the coffee was not good at all and expensive, more than other coffee shops in the neighborhood. I ordered a cappuccino today that looked liked a muddy puddle of water, not like a cappuccino, I had to force myself to drink it because i really wanted coffee. The barista seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly, I can understand, everyone has a bad day, but at least try to hide it if you are working in the service industry. The lid I received closed my cup but was too small and it spilled on my shirt. Anyway the only reason I went is because they were open after 4 pm and I really wanted coffee but I won't go back. This review is for the Elk Location on Mott street not on Charles street."
