"Every time I order online from this restaurant, something is always missing. This has been happening for months now. If I order bread, I pay for it but it never arrives. If I order extra dressing, a drink, or silverware, I pay for them but they are not included in my order. It seems like the staff either struggle with understanding the orders or simply do not care about their customers. The management has not addressed this issue, so I can only assume they also do not care about the quality of the orders. It is frustrating that they also ask for a tip on the payment screen. Despite the good food, I am no longer going to eat here as I am tired of paying for items that I do not receive."
