"I have always loved going to this Starbucks bc the people are so friendly and very helpful. I love the new renovations. I wish I knew the name of the person who took my order tonight because we always have the best conversation and always so friendly. I am always so sad when I have to go to another Starbucks because the eastern shore store is my FAVORITE. They make every drink to perfection and are beyond friendly. I love them so much!!"

"Although it's pretty quick service I find their coffee not very strong. There's too much to choose from! I'd rather go local. I like the vibe much better at Panera across the street in Lee Branch. The team is friendlier and you can get a subscription. Of course the coffee is not comparable but the vibe to me is very important."

"that died worstucks I've been there before. they put on people who can't make a basic math. order a drink that costs $8.05 hand them $10.05 they gave me $1.85 someone named there said he could not open the register anymore and give me the right change. Don't come here. they are terrible. service is sucked and there is an idiot. good work, people who cannot make any basic mathe dieucks. that was by far the worst deaducks I had ever lived in my life."

"forward ordered on the app when I arrived, the doors were locked and I was told to go the drive thru to get my order. After almost 10 minutes I was finally able to get my order. they could have let the people go to the pick-up area to order there or to turn off the order. sandwich was cold. manager would not return my tracking so bad customer service."

"Working in the village is one of my first stations in the morning dirty coffee for the last 13 years. I love this place. But today I left my wallet at home and didn't know what to do for lunch. I had a little money on my Starbucks app, but had never tried Starbucks for lunch. Jennifer saw how I stood there and was uncertain what she asked, “Do you need a refill jackie?” I told her my dilemma and she said, "Don't worry, it's on us." In a very friendly and confident voice. I had a sandwich and a green tea and a smile at dinner. She is just one of the young ladies working on this Hollywood/Cahaba Starbucks. I'll have my money tomorrow, and a very nice tip!"

"I had a fantastic time at this Starbucks location today. It is inside the St. Mary's Safeway. I ordered a Midnight Mint Frappuccino for myself and a strawberry smoothie for my partner. The barista even made a mini frappuccino for her using the leftover Midnight Mint in the blender for her to sample. They were made the drinks perfectly and the staff were friendly and cheerful. It was a great experience. Sometimes Starbucks can feel repetitive because there are so many locations and people visit them frequently, but this visit was actually enjoyable. We will definitely come back for another coffee treat when we can!"

"This is the third time that we opened this new starbucks the week or before. On the Duval mine of Sprouts. The staff is very friendly. I think they are all learning so you need to be patient the drinks are not as fast as others the Starbucks. But today I was very disappointed, we love the nitro cold brew on Hahn, we had it with several Starbucks in several states. Before the Barista put the nitro-cold-brown she put ice into the pot, I asked her about it and she said the nitro-cold-brown always comes with ice. I told her this is the first time for us, we have it in several states in several Starbucks. She said once again, that's how they always let it get ice."

"I would give the flavor of my drink a 10/10 but the customer service at the end 2/10. I asked several times what drink was what because I have 3 orders with a tottal of 5 drinks and I dont speak 2cdk . she was rude repeating that the name of the drink was written on the side. But their was NO NAME just letters and numbers. I asked a 3rd time more sturnly excuse me can you Please tell me what the drinks are she rotated the cup showing me the letters x 's and numbers again. "Okay, so I tried Starbucks again. The bacon is never done all the way so I had to stop eating their breakfast sandwiches. Last 2 times I got sick... Finally narrowed it down to the light pink barely done bacon). Coffee is great once you figure out how to order.I used to go to Dunkin on the same street but after ordering from the app for an entire week and not being able to get my coffee for one reason or another order ahead and get there and the building is dark... No one there. They promise it the next day and either no one is there again or gotta wait an hour etc). I decided to give Starbucks another try. Glad I did. NOW I PAY $3 MORE DAILY but the coffee is excellent."

"Went to the Seward Starbucks inside CARRs, and there was only one Gal working (on a busy Sunday at 9:30 a.m. before 4 July) she was great! We had an order of 8 drinks (following others with several drinks), and it was efficient and friendly, even with a never-ending long line waiting behind us. She deserves a bonus (which I would have got her name) for ending the masses with class."
