The staff warmly welcomed and expertly attended to us. Ken stopped by for a nice chat, which added to the pleasant experience. The chef, who had created the fantastic braided short rib bowl we enjoyed alongside a magnificent R&B Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, came out to share the story behind the dish’s development. She explained not only its incredible success, including a peak price at an NFL chef event, but also its charitable support for people in need."
