"Made reservations for my best friend's birthday, we sat in the courtyard which was nice and quiet. It was a Sunday evening and they weren't busy, however, the service was very slow. Although the taste and presentation of the food were alright, nothing special, the portion sizes were very small. We had to keep placing orders because it just wasn't enough and the waitress wasn't the most helpful in guiding us towards better options. Even the entree plates were very small. There were 3 of us and the bill was very high for what we received, and we all still left hungry. We were all looking forward to the dinner, somewhat disappointing."

"for the best wobble soup they come here. the restaurant is beautifully designed and eating is always better. the duck with acidic crunches was amazing as the earthy. the service is excellent. sitting is exceptionally comfortable. my mother can't eat whole things, so I usually share with her. I then asked to share the duck breast in the kitchen they did beautifully. the restaurant operates and serves as a traditional French bistro. that means they are open to breakfast lunch and dinner. they also have a wonderful bakery if they want only coffee and a delicious bake or gelato."

"The waitress and host (same person) was extremely rude. Without even welcoming us the first thing she said was “it’s a 30 minute wait” when we had made a reservation and I immediately told her that and said “ok it will be 5-10 minutes”. She walked away without one of colleagues finishing her sentence, didn’t ask how we were doing, we had to call her over for water refills and rolled her eyes. Definitely was not a good experience."

"We had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, it was unbelievable. I brought my son and my elderly mother for lunch. We sat down and realized there was food stuck on two of the forks and the knives were sticky and blotchy with food or oil and my plate had some dried reddish food stuck on it. So we asked the waitress for new flatware and plates, she walked away did not say anything to us she just turned and walked away rudely. The busboy came by and took the dirty things and placed down new flatware that was also dirty! He said it went through the dishwasher. We didn’t feel comfortable staying so we got up and left. On the way out we spoke to the host behind the bar and told him what happened, he said “alright”. It was unbelievable no “I’m sorry” or anything! Then he said everything was washed through the dishwasher. I then said “that may be true but the flatware had dried food on it. Would you eat with that?” I couldn’t believe it! The service does not deserve a rating the people working are extremely rude! Will NOT go back."

"How have I gone for so long without knowing about this place? This is a must for anyone looking for a new restaurant option. I easily ranked this place with bistango and Water grill, so the menu is a bit more limited. I had the Juliet Burger for lunch and it was worth going back for again at dinner. Friendly and informed service staff and surprisingly uncrowded. The only complaint is parking can be a little tough. Those with me had the ocean trout salad and the swordfish. They both also said their meals were great. Will definitely be back."

"We randomly decided to stop in for a couple of glasses of wine and a few small plates and ended up thoroughly enjoying ourselves. We got the charred green beans and papas bravas, both were phenomenal. The music selection was great and overall the ambience was classy yet cozy. So excited to come back sometime soon!"

"We had a reservation at 6:00. We arrived (apparently by the back door) and waited for someone to approach us. After several minutes a patron asked if we needed help. She directed us to the front of the room. We were greeted, fro, behind the bar, and told we could sit anywhere. Sort of an odd experience. Our server was darling and our food was delicious. They had just transitioned to a new chef. Limited menu."

"we love harper 's are loyal and regular moats since they first opened. eating has only become better. the cocktails are always a highlight. a thing was to frustrate this last visit. we have an early dinner reservation of 5:30 o'clock and went into an empty restaurant we wanted one standing and said we had no one. the rear room is not as beautiful as the front, but that is where we were set. we said we couldn't stand because of the timing. for a regular customer this is not good the place was empty and we should have been accommodated. I didn't want to make annoying so I let it go. I might have answered the question in advance."
