"No valet parking, which is uncommon for Federal Hill restaurants. Out of calamari at 4:30 pm. Also out of the dinner I had ordered of a somewhat limited menu. Asked to share a salad which they split and charged us $4 to do so. Overall a disappointing experience"

"that was our second time to go here and it was just as amazing as the first! had left me to the birthday of my wife and everything was perfect. I'm blown away from the personal. that is how eating was earlier and should be the standard. everyone was scientific and polite and you could say they were proud of their jobs. kami was an incredible server. very attentive and ingenious suggestions made from drinking to eating dessert. the food was perfectly cooked and not disappointed. we're safe back."

"Have dined there numerous times during the past year. Most dishes are very good. Some tend to be heavy handed instead of light and delicate. Chicken Picata is one example. Still it was tasty. All the apps are tasty and properly portioned. Wine selection is better than average and fairly priced. All up this is a fairly pricey restaurant that is worth the wait and cost. The views are excellent and there are two small lounges with a big warm fireplace. The waitstaff are nothing short of excellent and attentive."

"we go to Tuesday evenings before place. we never had a bad experience at bnapoli. from service to eating up to the wonderful drinks and the visit to our table from the owner is all top notch. the grilled octopus is the best and we get it every time. Last night there were 4 of us and we had the Pasta Special, ribeye, Salt-Brick chicken and pappardelle (another favorite) and it was not disappointed. the only one we have is to bring the Frisee salad back. many thanks to bnapoli and many thanks that they are open on Tuesday night! as a restaurant owner we appreciate a great place to go in our night!"
