"First time dining in at an Ethiopian restaurant and it did not disappoint. Prior to this, my coworkers were from Ethiopia and brought me take out from a place in Seattle. Dining in with friends, this communal experience was fantastic. We got some coffee, and being an American, added some sugar, but the flavor, aroma, and Expresso like taste at first was very good coffee. Our server was extremely helpful in making sure we ordered a fine meal, avoiding duplicates as our party navigated the menu. Suggestions were also made, which were appropriate for our picky eaters. I enjoyed the lamb and vegetarian dishes, the spices and flavors very well done. If you've never had Ethiopian food, I would definitely steer you here, and if you're looking for a real community experience, this is that space. I am looking forward to when I return."

"The delivery was terrible. I specified it needed to be in person and driver refused. I said it says so in the description and he said flat out I don't care about what's in the description. Rude and disrespectful. The order was for an elderly person living in an elderly facility who cannot walk and get the order. I had to beg a neighbor for help for grandma. Grubhub I'm very disappointed. Won't be using this again. Restaurant and food were fine. Just the way it was handled that ruined it."

"I've heard amazing things of this establishment and have been anxious to try it since I moved to DC. This restaurant did not disappoint, and over-exceeded any expectation I had entering the door. The ambiance was divine, the craft cocktails were delicious, and the wine list was superb. The crispy-fried whole red snapper was so tasteful and perfectly seasoned, the beef was among the best I've ever had, and the fries appetizer was wonderful — we're still reminiscing on our meal! Mario, our server, was so attentive and very knowledgeable. We will certainly be back! Thank you, Etete!"

"Ethiopian food is one of my favorites and this place is one of the best in town. It's a very humble restaurant but the food is very good, affordable, and the service is excellent. I would advise on checking for boneless meat since the ones with the bones were very difficult to eat with the breads. Also, ensuring we communicate our spice tolerance to the waiter can make a huge difference.Vegetarian options: They had a decent amount of very delicious vegetarian options as well. I highly recommend the lentils."

"We got the vegetarian combination plate which came with several different types of lentles, some cabbage, collard greens and salad along with injira, the teff pancake. We also got the lentle sambusa. Everything was OK. The waitress was very engaging, kind, friendly and attentive and made the experience memorable."

"Came with my wife for dinner on a Tuesday around 5 pm. We got dinner for two and basically asked the server (owner? to give us a little of everything. I'm glad we did, because everything was good. Nice mix of vegetables and meats, with an array of flavors that led us to go from one to the other. The only thing we declined was rice, which was also a good decision because the spongy injera bread was the perfect accompaniment. And unlike some experiences I've had at Ethiopian restaurants, the dishes were not overly oily, just nicely sauced and seasoned. I'm not a big tea drinker, but our hot tea was also very good, like black tea with a spicy/herbal kick. Service was friendly and helpful as well, and we felt welcomed to be there. Definitely a keeper."

"After passing by this place many times, I finally decided to have lunch there. I don 't regret my decision. The staff is friendly, and the space is spacious, clean, and well-lit (they also have a patio area).Since it was my first time, I decided to have the Four vegetarian samplers. I choose Kay Sir (beets, red onions, jalapeños peas, tossed with lemon vinaigrette), Kik (split pea stew), Miser (lent stew), and Shito (toasted chickpea simmered with basil and jalapeños). The flavors and textures were so varied and delicious that I didn 't even feel the need for any extra spiciness or salsa on the side. I was so focused on savoring every bite that I almost forgot to take pictures.Give this place a chance; you won 't regret it."

"Good vegan options. Food tastes great. We had the Japche and Falafel. The menu offers food from several different regions (of our planet). Staff was friendly and helpful. We were only passing through Memphis and the restaurant is a little away from I40, but it was worth the slight detour and we will definitely visit again."

"inflamed to have this home!. I love Ethiopia. I have said for a while that if we just get Ethiopian and Indian food in smyrna, I would never have to go to nashville to eat. So, tonight we tried ajora, not smyrna, but so close the restaurant is in an old house. it is very clean inside. the owner was very friendly and helpful. the food was delicious, good value and abundant. the Ethiopian coffee was excellent. I have a new favorite restaurant!"

"I have been eating at Rosalind's for over 30 years. I believe it was since 1989, if my memory serves me well. The quality of the food is consistently high. The flavors are as authentic as I remember them from my childhood. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy towards customers by the management servers and cooks. This is the place in LA County to eat Ethiopian food. There is no need to eat precooked and frozen food that tastes like chicken jerky. If you are looking to experience authentic, fresh, clean and well prepared Ethiopian Food, go to Rosalind's. I recommend them very highly and you will not be disappointed. Rosalind's, thank you for all the years of amazing Ethiopian Cuisine. Happy Orthodox Easter!"
