"Was the first time my daughter and I ordered from here, placed an order online, went to pick it up and walked in, it was not busy at all, not ONE employee acknowledged we were there. Didn’t say “hi,”or “we will be with you in a minute,” or “how can I help you?”. My daughter and I stood there for a few minutes before I had to say I was here to pick up my order that said was ready, which was ONE large smoothie(if I didn’t say anything, who knows how long we would of been standing there). They gave me my smoothie (no straw) and I at least got a “have a good day” response. Smoothie was amazing, but lack of customer service. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Made my daughter and I feel very unwelcome. Not a good 1st experience!!!"
