"Do you have a cousin in the family who is unknown to most of your relatives? They refer to this Mithaa's location in Piscataway compared to his big cousins in the locations Edison and North Brunswick. I am surprised with the mixed and mostly bad reviews. This is the closest home and can make quick trips to him when we come home unscheduled guests. We had only sweets (desserts) and some chaat articles from here taken home and look forward to a lunch or dinner meal soon. You have a clean restaurant with a huge parking lot and the staff is very susceptible to your questions and requests. The taste without mentioning is excellent. If you're new to Mithaas and don't know what to try for the first time? Try drinking the Kesar Badam milk and you wouldn't stop with just one!"

"I was itching for something healthy to eat. I was amazed by the prices and the amount of food I received. I ordered a stuffed cheese beef bell pepper and included salad on the side. The cheese stretched almost all the way to my mouth and it was gooey and filled with flavor. The beef kebab is well cooked and combined it's juices with the cheese and pepper. It is a match made in heaven. The sauces are really great and goes well with everything on my plate. I even added the sauces to my salad and it gave it a new flavor that was mouthwatering. I couldn't believe that i payed $14 for this and it was well worth it. This restaurant has a variety of things to choose from and seem endless. I recommend this place to everyone and especially gluten free people like myself as well."

"Food was at best ok but missing basic stuff. For example there was no pickle or curd with thali and Vegetable Biryani although the description says pickle and the inhouse thali has salad too. Additionally biryani tasted more like Indian fried rice vs hyderabadi Vegetable Biryani"

"I hosted my birthday party for 30 people at this restaurant a few months ago, and returned last week to catch up with a couple of friends. I love this place even more now. The waiter remembered us and our orders from 2 months ago, which was very sweet. The staff is extremely friendly. The food is delicious. I have tried their chicken tikka masala, samosas, and chicken biryani, and all of them were great."

"Surprisingly Great Indian, Affordable. I say surprisingly because, let's face it, I don't generally have high hopes for a restaurant that is situated in a small strip mall at the Mobil gas station We'd been curious about trying Cafe India and finally went last weekend. Got the Chicken Tikka Masala and Palak Paneer with Roti and Rice Pilaf, and was totally won over. They don't have as many options as Majaraja or Royal India and the meals don't come with' rice you have to order a large serving for a few extra bucks.
