When I went in to pickup the order, there was a little mistake but, no big deal. I had ordered veggie tempura but, they put shrimp tempura in the bag. The girl handing the food order took it back to the kitchen to fix the order. About 10 seconds later, I told Kelsi (who was standing at the desk doing nothing), Can you catch her and tell her I 'll take the shrimp also? I hate for them to throw it out ... She told me It 's not my job to handle to-go orders, and you have to talk to (the other girl) to take care of that . I stood there amazed at how she just spoke to me.
