"Taylor was our server and was very helpful to explain what was on the speciality of the day menu and simply helpful to make our dinner pleasant! The food was very good, presentation was great and very tasteful! When my Becky and I left, we agreed we were back. Will not be once a month as they want, but at least once a year. We have so great restaurants around us that it's hard to go with just one! But I recommend Bonefish Grill!!!"

"Overall this is a nice Bonefish location The restaurant was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff does an outstanding job caring for the customers by providing top notch service for the entire meal I had the crab chowder as my starter followed by Cod Imperial with whipped garlic potatoes. While I enjoyed the chowder and fish tremendously the whipped potatoes was blah. My biggest complaint about Bonefish overall is their side dishes are VERY underwhelming I do recommend they speed up the delivery of the main course following the appetizer. The time between when I finished my appetizer and main course being served was 15 minutes Overall a good experience at this location"

"I had a great experience at this restaurant. The steaks and seafood were cooked perfectly just as I wanted. I had no complaints, everything was good. The winter cosmo with ice crystals was amazing and stayed at the perfect temperature throughout my meal. The waitress was very helpful and attentive. The chocolate lava cake was deliciously soft and fluffy. I highly recommend trying their special menu."

"My husband and I decided to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary at this restaurant and we were completely satisfied. "Terrible service. Have no idea how the food is...but, it's not cheap...we were seated by Kristen Stewart's surly doppelgänger ... And then minutes later.. When we had not had anyone come to our table..and we were the table next to to server station.. And the restroom...and a view of the dishwasher... Anyways... minutes later.. No water..no server.. No nothing.. We got up and left... From the times I have called..and negotiated their overly complex ivr system trying to make a reservation. The distracted way the hostess greeted us. "All items were tasty in terms of flavor however, my soup was not warm and my hot chocolate lava cake was moist but the same cold the lava was more like pudding. I had to use the microwave. Thats a lot for how much I payed for my steak, shrimp combo, soup and dessert."

"4/2-Buford GA-My Husband And I Had A Reservation For 5p.We've Been Here Before And Have Enjoyed. Not Sure What Has Going On This Evening, But The Service Was Off And Not Up To Par. Our Server Was Ginella. Initially Everything Was Great, But Behind Everything She Said Perfect E.g. After Placing Our Order Perfect How Is Everything Perfect Etc. Always Saying Perfect Behind Every Question Or Request. Initially We Enjoyed The Bang-Bang Shrimp, Strawberry Martini For Me And My Husband Wine. I Ordered The Cod And He The Battered Fish. The Food Was Tasty! Prior To Our Food Arriving, I Caught Ginella's Attention As We Wanted To Order 2 Glasses Of Wine. After Ordering She Said Perfect Our Entrees Came And We Were Enjoying. We Noticed The Restaurant Getting Busier And Some Employees Were Stopping To Chat With 2 Girls Who Came In And Sat At The End Of The Long Table-Near The Kitchen-In The Bar Area. Halfway Through The Meal, No Wine. Caught Ginella Again And Asked About It. She Said It Would Be Coming Shortly. 3/4 Of The Way Done With The Meal, No Wine. I Didn't Understand How One Of The Bartenders' Had Time To Chat With The Other 2 Girls-Who They Appeared To Know- Since One Walked Back To The Kitchen-While Customers Are Waiting For Beverages!? Caught Ginella Again And Asked Her To Cancel The Wine As We Were Almost Finished Eating And We Wanted It With Our Meal. She Again Said Perfect And Apologized. It Wasn't Perfect As We Were Disappointed And I Shared This With Her. She Said She Would Ask The Mgr To Come Over If We Liked. The Mgr Whose Name I Was Told Was Athens Did Come To Our Table. I Don't Believe She Was The Mgr But The Only Person In Charge In The Absence Of A Mgr She Didn't Look The Part- Had A Cap And Her Attire Was Unprofessional Like Someone Working In The Kitchen. She Listened And Did Apologize But Had Little To Say, And Offered No Explanation. Upon Leaving We Did See Her Speaking With The Bartender. The Manager Needs To Address!"

"I don't usually write reviews, but, the service and the food were so good that I felt I needed to speak up and let people know. I ate there with last night (table 606, lol) with my daughter in law. This was definitely the best service I have had in a long time. Everything from start to finish was excellent! The Bang Bang Shrimp and Key Lime Cake are not to be missed!"
