"Excellent customer service. The owner/manager that I was talking to gave me the inside scoop as to what happened yesterday when I ordered using UberEats and never got my order. Not gonna go deeply into it but I heavily respect that, and respect the communication of items to replace ones the store had. Person was friendly and very accommodating, and as someone who came off a stressful day as a Customer Service Associate myself, I am impressed. I was even offered a small Ice cream cup as a freebie by the owner/manager (I dont know if they were the person I was speaking to but whoever it was I respect them heavily). Sadly I didnt get it, but that customer service was so outstanding that I dont even care about it at this point. I did also had my order modified heavily in the store, due to K&KC (at least this branch) running out of some of my requested items, but again that customer service more than made up for it, in that Im so happy I havent put a SINGLE cent towards a premium Uber Eats subscription, and definitely not after today. I just wished I lived near there, because if I lived a block away from there, I would 1000% be a frequent customer as much as I would feasibly be. Service was that great. Glad I choose to order there again after yesterday, and i dont know when, but Ill definitely order from here at least once more, this branch certainly earned my moneys worth."

"JT?s seems to be another restaurant that has decreased in terms of the quality of service and product, while at the same time increasing prices. I have eaten here many times, both in and take, and until recently this was my favorite place to get a steak sandwich. During my last visit, the welcome I received at the hostage was a total shutdown. No smile and hello, I couldn't even hear what the two women told me after asking for a table. My waitress originally seemed nice. I ordered the steak sandwich this time. When it was released, I noticed that the piece of meat was drastically smaller than what I used to receive, while the price also increased by $2. After taking my first bite, I found that the steak was overcooked and extremely hard to chew. Just a terrible piece of meat. During the time I eat, I was not asked how things were. When the waitress decided to prepare the bill, I mentioned that I was not satisfied with the steak I received. She took my plate and informed the manager. The manager turned out to be one of the women behind the hostage when I came in. The waitress returned and asked if I would like a free dessert or drink, I said?no, thank you.? She gives me the bill. I look at it and say, manager couldn't do anything, huh? She says to ask her again? So the manager comes by and tells me it's my fault because I ate half the sandwich. So I had to tell her that no one came here to ask me how it was. Finally, she agreed to take the sandwich of my bill all together, but at this point I was honestly insulted by the way she treated the situation. Customer service is lacking. The food has been so subdued lately, I can only assume that there have been changes in kitchen staff, the worse. A recent visit led me to a fish rog. It was so overcooked and dry, could even eat half of it. The Coleslaw was very good and the Pommes here are usually top notch, but they were terrible on my last visit with the sandwich. I am not a person who likes to complain because I try to be understanding, but consistency is the key to restaurants and quite open, this place was consistently bad since late. I'm really sorry to see it."
