"My friend and I stopped at noon yesterday. We ordered both lunch Entrees (Sirloin Filet, French onion soup, side salad, potato mashed and twice baked potatoes). We also ordered filled mushroom appetizer chocolate mousse cake! Appetizers, steaks, soup and dessert were all fantastic. To eat full pages with everything we enjoyed. We definitely come back for dinner. Service was also great! Back to Father's Day... Server was slightly rude, but support staff were great! Parents loved eating. Various menu, holiday menu, was okay."

"They have a new, expanded menu and it's great! Craft beers and a cocktail menu! It's been a long time coming but it's definitely a welcomed change! I just wish they'd bring back the jalapeno poppers because they were the best in town!"

"Pub? This delightful spot on the Hill in Grosse Pointe Farms is so much more than a Pub . Casual? Okay, I 'll go along with that. It is Grosse Pointe after all. But that nomenclature suggests a sandwich/beer venue. Not even close. I recently returned from Martha 's Vineyard where I spent a week and a considerable amount of money sampling the best food preparation the island had to offer. I can say without hesitation the menu at Lucy 's Taverne On The Hill was more diverse, the presentation more original, the waitstaff every bit as accommodating, good wine list and more importantly, better food than all the high-end offerings of Martha 's Vineyard ... at half the price ... If I had to find a weak spot it would be the flatware which was about one notch above disposable. Other than that, there were NO negatives ... well done!"

"we decided to try this restaurant as it is its longer than typical gluten-free menu options. recommended here would be for the owners to find ways to bring more taste. ie, we had gf shrimp. they were very pasty and tasteless. Moreover, the qc of objects from the kitchen must be carefully monitored. ie cold conservenqueso (and chips) dip should have been caught. you were out of chips, but the waiting staff was unconscious. it took 20 minutes to get a starter. In addition, we had 2 identical on our table (we only ordered one) the salat were all missing items that the other had. we will certainly see some potentials in the restaurant, but seems the bar side of the facility is more important"
