"First time in many years came back to this establishment for my mom’s 80’s birthday lunch. We were a group of 4, we were the 2nd customer in this establishment. Food delicious. Kudos to the chef!! But the servers do an injustice to your food and establishment. 3 4 servers on site yet no one asked us how everything was or if we needed anything else. To the Staff how much more do you need to chitchat with your coworkers? You have to customers yet they don’t follow up. They don’t come by to see if you need anything else, Like silverware ? Really?? How is the food supposed to be eaten? They only come when you stand up to ask for silverware or a plate that they forgot to bring, or clear the dishes. Customers are waiting!! Yet they are super ready with the your check, that’s when they decide to pay us/the any attention. What if we want dessert or coffee don’t you wanna upsell us? A little more training, hospitality in customer service should be a MUST for this establishment. Otherwise, no matter how good your food is, you will not attract repeat customers.
