"Love the food, absolutely loathe the restaurant layout and experience of this place. It is basically a fancier Chick-fil-A. You order at the counter, sit down, and several people bring out a part of your order, and no one knows what is left for what you have ordered. You get your own drink, plate, cutlery, barbecue sauce, napkins. You do not have a single assigned server, so if you need something, just go around and take a random person to go to you salad dressing or whatever is missing from your order because there is no counter to ask a specific person. The whole experience is extremely clumsy and unpleasant. However, the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend going as we both did and eating was spectacular both times. Avoid the catastrophe of sit-down experience as a whole."
