"I 'm really surprised by all the 5-star reviews. Don 't get me wrong, this place was fine, but we will not be back. Our server practically ignored us and got our relatively simple orders wrong. The queso tastes like cheese whiz- wasn 't particularly tasty and I had to mix it with the salsa to get some flavor in it. The salsa, now their salsa is legit- probably the best thing we had there, and I also enjoyed the chips, they were good and salty. However I ordered the fajitas and the beef was so... basic. The onions in the skillet were good but the meat left a lot to be desired. I also got a side of vegetables which had very little seasoning/flavor. Tried by husband 's rice- also rather bland. The atmosphere was not what I expected- felt much more country almost like it should have been a BBQ place rather than a Tex Mex joint. It was *very* dark inside- really unnecessarily so, as it was like 11:30am when we were there."
