"I really like this little shop. I've only had there sweet breads and tried some of there cakes. The cakes are not too sweet and always fresh. I get the little sweet breads in the bags like the mocha and the butter and ube. There really good for on the run and with a nice cup of coffee. I've never tried any of the food. I just usually run in to get some goodies for the office. Definitely recommend and they have some great Birthday cakes here."

"Wifey had a rude unprofessional encounter trying to purchase an item last night. Store closes at 9 pm, wifey arrived at 0830pm but staff insisted store closed. I ended up going inside and reminding them it’s not 9 pm yet and I want to purchase after also telling me store is closed. Asked for supervisor who was just sitting and busy on his cellphone watching or playing something and did not even bother to attend customer. Supervisor name Renz Bangayan I insisted to get the full name). I have to pay cash coz cashier already closed. Kudos to Jollibee cashier to change my 50$ bill to accommodate Red ribbons accepting no larger than 20$ bill. hope this review reaches the corporation office to train store employees better customer service."
