"I had a very disappointing experience at Hudsons. The restaurant has declined in quality. The prices are high for subpar food. My son's cheeseburger did not have cheese and he found it to be spicy. I thought he was exaggerating until I tasted the guacamole that was inadvertently added, which was very hot. Two male employees admitted they had made it with habanero. I was grateful that my 2 year old did not try it. When I informed the waitress, she showed no sympathy for my son and just laughed. I spoke with the manager, Bonnie, who apologized and offered a free milkshake and gift card for my son. When I visited the restaurant later, Bonnie was not there. The general manager, who lacked customer service skills, doubted my story because he had not heard of the incident before. I requested that he call Bonnie to verify, but he refused, saying it was her day off. Despite explaining that it was a long drive for me, he chose not to inconvenience her and, instead, inconvenienced the customer once again."
