"The management, chef and staff took no responsibility and the evening was a big disaster and huge disappointment. Our waitress took our drink order and it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. She asked us several times if we wanted to order our dinner before we received our cocktails really ? When we ordered our dinner it took over an hour to get our Caesar salad and longer to get our meals. I complained to management and the chef told me we drank our drinks and eat our meals and he never apologized or compensated us for our terrible service. The chefs attitude was terrible and we would not go back to that restaurant. So sad. Another staff member from management came over and said they are doing the best they can. Our bill was $500.00 and they didn't even offer any compensation for bad service. :"

"On our strip last week we took a break from touring to stop into Cabo Wabo Cantina. This Cantina's blend of Tex-Mex and seafood had big portion. We shared the appetizer Sampler and our son got a burrito off the kids menu that was bigger than his arm. A few of our favorite things were the Taquitos and the Wings. tip: The kids burrito could feed 2 people."

"The property itself is beautiful and the service was great but it felt as if the server was not trained enough for the standard Gervasi sets for itself. Before arriving to our reservation at the Piaza , a $25/person fee was paid for totaling $150 (which is used as credit towards the bill) but when our bottles of wine were brought to the table the servers did not know how to open them which kind of makes me think why did i spend almost $200 to secure a reservation at a place that does not train their employees enough?"

"Way overpriced chairs are very uncomfortable . Metal small chairs with metal around the seat. Not meant for anyone with a larger butt. Charged additional $4 for salsa when we ordered queso chips Pina coladas"

"great place to blow off some steam after work. the food is top notch and the service was excellent. our food was quick. covered pavillion with several large screens. corn hole, bocce ball and jenga games all around. big enough for a group happy hour too."
