"Went here for 1/2 price sushi on Sunday. Yes 1/2 price sushi!! Just keep in mind it is a select menu you can choose from on Sundays for the 1/2 price. We also ordered chicken lo mein to go with our sushi for two. Sushi was very well made and tasted fantastic. The lo mein had lots of flavor and liked the great mix of veggies inside the dish. Service was pleasant enough. Will definately come back!!"

"It was intended as a quick bite, but it turns out we had a full lunch with various of food. Having free tea with miso soup we even get part of the food out, because it nearly impossible to eat it all. Very tasty and have a great variety of japan food. Friendly staff, and you can see the cooking process."

"PSA: This place isn't it if you're expecting a hidden gem or a good deal. I don't think I've skipped out on taking pictures of sushi for a while. I wish I knew that from the start, but the reviews here skewed my expectations. Fish wasn't very fresh sashimi and nigiri was expensive and forgettable. Best things I liked was the hot tempura soba and the mushroom soup. While good, that does say a lot about a sushi restaurant. This place is an unassuming neighborhood Japanese restaurant that serves pretty decent cooked foods. It doesn't make sense to go here unless you're in the area already. There are tons of neighborhood sushi restaurants in SF, go to the one in your neighborhood, it will most likely be similar."

"My opinion: very overpriced for what you get. Ordered a sushi dinner with a roll and the menu says 7 pieces of sushi. Ordered as takeout and get home and realized they shafted me one of the sushi pieces I paid for. Of the 6 pieces I did get, one was tamagoso not even fish. The tamago tasted spoiled and couldn't even eat it. Some of the fish was just not fresh. The roll was tiny.Price was 31 and change with tax. Compared to other sushi places in Scottsdale this is way over priced. Would opt to not returnagain."
