"I haven't been here in decades. It's changed owners that time, but this latest iteration ain't bad. Excellent customer service. Tried their Monkey Brains and Gizzard skewer. The Monkey Brains (not real monkey Brains, you racist! we're an interesting concoction. The chicken gizzard skewer was seasoned just right, and not overcooked had the right amount of feedback on the outer layer, with enough juiciness within. Although for the price, couldn't you have thrown in 1 more skewer?"

"Came here for Mother's Day, it's easier to make a reservation if you have 2 people or more because you can wait 30 minutes plus. The staff is fantastic, friendly, professional and good humor. Really good quality food, and excellent prices for Hibatchi! Your sushi menu is really great! Waitress was very nice and pleasant! This is a really great place to come for Hibatchi or Sushi! My pictures will explain how it happened! And they have a great wall of decorations!"

"Great sushi!! What caught my eye was the salmon sushi lunch and it was delicious. The sashimi has huge pieces of salmon. I hosted a group of 20 there and the owner was super nice and welcoming. Everyone that got sushi loved their food but one of my friends said they didn't like their vegetable fried rice. I like that there's Japanese and Korean food so there should be a dish for everyone. Definitely recommend coming here."

"The floor was very disgusting as we walked in. It seemed like it was greasy and dirty. If my boys hadn’t wanted to eat there so much, we would have just left as soon as I felt Like it wasn’t very clean. The service was just okay. Had a hard time getting the server’s attention after he had taken our orders. We wanted to order additional drinks and the boys wanted chopsticks. By the time we were finally able to get chopsticks, their food was cold and they didn’t eat much of it. I had ordered steamed rice while everyone else at our table ordered fried rice. I had to ask twice to actually receive it. We chose this restaurant over Benihana just so we wouldn’t have to go to Mall of America and be around so many people. I was very disappointed in our experience and next time will choose to risk contact with the masses."

"This place is great looking. They have a beautiful pond out front with a waterfall. Inside, the atmosphere is so pretty. They have private rooms where you take off your shoes and sit on the floor. They also have hibachi seating where you can sit around the grill and watch them cook your food. We seat in the dining room instead since we had a little one and sometimes it gets hot. I wasn't crazy about the hibachi. The sauce was a little too sweet and for some reason the rice tasted like onions. We ordered vegetable tempura as an appetizer and it came with our food instead of before. Plus it only had 4 pieces on the plate and it was $6.95! The meal also seemed a bit expensive at $16.50 for dinner. I prefer Sushi Café much better."

"We absolutely love this place. The staff are always friendly and try to accommodate all wishes. We normally go here for a date night along with Bull City up the road. There is normally a wait prior to being seated on busy nights so don’t get in a rush. It’s a very small space and there are normally 4 sushi chefs working continuously to fulfill everyone’s orders so try to be patient. It’s worth it!"

"We got lunch AYCE. Inconsistent and mediocre. This place will do if you’re really hungry for mediocre sushi. The rolls are not made well, the amount of filling in is inconsistent and the taste is not the same each time you visit. I usually like to get tamago at sushi restaurants, it’s supposed to be light and little sweet but here it tasted old, dry and the texture was grainy. Most of the servers were nice and our water was always refilled."
