I ordered two whoppers minus wobble and salat and they gave me salat I will never go back to burger king as long as I live, they get minus stars for me. they let me give him at least one star, so that I post it, so don't pay attention."

"The restaurant experience was disappointing. I ordered a biscuit but it didn't have any cheese on it, despite being charged for it. The employees seemed unenthusiastic, evident from their lackluster attitudes. Additionally, the food did not taste fresh."

"I've been here regularly for a few years and have to say that it was always a big disappointment when I stopped. In recent months, however, something has changed. They have a few new employees who seem to know what they are doing now. The service has improved enormously and also has food. There are two admirable employees that I have especially noticed and those two if you ever see this or do not keep the wonderful work... You both know who you are and you do a good job. I hope they pay you well for everything you do. You look at me!"

"I would like to share my experience with this particular Burger King.I would like to say I was very disappointed when I got home with my food and let me say that I'm 5 minutes away from this Burger King. My onion rings were half fried meaning they were not all the way done. My burgers was cold and the cheese was hard and the bread was stale. No I didn't feel like bringing my food back because my food should have been freshly made from the beginning. March 8 , 2020 . I changed my 1 star to a 4 star. I gave this Burger King another try and I will say that this experience was much better.I went to have a nice lunch with my little three-year-old and everything was freshly made hot and good. The staff looks more happy exciting to be at work and they were very polite and much nicer this time around. Keep up the good work"

"I absolutely love this Burger King! It has always been my go-to spot when I need a quick meal. The drive-thru service is incredibly fast and the staff is always friendly and attentive. "The Burger King on Brown Street is currently the best Burger King in the Dayton area, as far as I know. Whopper meal was good. Had to wait at the counter for a couple of minutes for somebody to take my order because they are understaffed and the normal cashier was busy cleaning the lobby."
"Our order was accurate and delivered promptly. All of the dishes received positive feedback from everyone in our group. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the staff, consisting of only 2 people, efficiently managed both the drive-thru and walk-in customers. I was impressed with their level of service given the circumstances. There are other restaurants that could definitely learn a thing or two from them."

"Unfortunately, I have ordered sandwiches several times that do not appear in my pocket. today was the third time I got a sandwich from the one I ordered, and how much mayonnaise needs a sandwich? I don't need to swim in mayonnaise. I thought a few times would be a possibility in most fast food chains. the third time is not a charm. I will make it 3 stars to the times that this restaurant has set me down. I will say that there were some nice people who worked here at different times."

"All Burger King restaurants need to learn from this location! Been here 3 times in the last month, different days and times, each time was flawless! Ordered my burger without a bun and it was served hot, fresh and on a bed of big lettuce and tomato slices. Staff was fast and friendly! Will definitely return!"

"Arriving late at night and feeling hungry after not eating all day, we noticed that Burger King was open. We decided to stop in, but were disappointed to find out that they only accepted orders through mobile ordering. It was frustrating to see that they had a drive-thru but didn't offer traditional in-person ordering. The service rating for our experience was a 1 out of 5."

"I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to acknowledge my experience at BK today. I am aware that in recent years they have faced difficulties, like many companies. I stopped by this morning and ordered my favorite sausage and cheese croissant sandwich meal. The service was quick and the food was delicious! I was hesitant at first, but I ultimately decided to give BK another try and I am glad I did!"

"The girl at the window asked me if I had the 2 double cheeseburgers and two Jr chickens.. then handed me a bag that had a whopper and fries in it. Smh. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home and I'm too tired and unwilling to drive back there. I understand that mistakes can happen.. but this location has been screwing up my orders for decades. So at this point, I am blaming the ownership. Check your orders before u leave and make sure they give you your receipt"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would, we just left the drive thru around 12:15pm ordered some nuggets, fries, chicken fries and a drink and large regular fries, Tamera immediately started rushing us when we barley got too the drive thru, we get too the window and she's eating food at the window, she was just sloppy. She messed up my order and forgot the fries and one of the nuggets orders because she was too busy rushing us. We are neighbors too this Burger King and will no longer be returning. Tamera needs to learn some job ethics."

"This location ran out of the safety stickers used to seal the bags when getting food delivered. Knowing that now I will no longer be ordering food from Burger King with the uncertainty of the bag not being sealed. BURGER KING corporation office needs to supply there stores with the safety seals for food deliveries for the protection of its customers."

"Food was excellent, but I had the New Bacon Whopper Melt a great sandwich, but smaller than I expected. Same size as a regular Double Cheeseburger, not where close to the size of the regular Whopper, but had a great taste. If I had known how big I had ordered two. On a not related note, I wish you had a senior discount. Thank you. Jim."
